On behalf of the organizing committee, it is with great pleasure that I invite you all to the 14th National conference of the Indian Association of Physician Assistants-IAPACON-2017.


The conference is scheduled on the 12th and 13th August 2017 at the Marigold, Hyderabad. Kindly register and participate. Your presence is important for the success of the conference.

The IAPACON-2017 invites research papers as abstracts to be considered for presentation. While we get the website ready for you to upload the abstract, we request you to kindly go through the guidelines below and prepare your abstract in an acceptable format.




Prepare your abstract in a structured format as Background and objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. A maximum of only 250 words are allowed excluding the title. Please note that case reports and reviews are not accepted.


Please note that the selected abstracts will figure in the conference magazine PAGE. So, Kindly be accurate in your submission, including the names of all authors. It is the responsibility of the submitting author to obtain permission to include names in the author list.


Notification of accept/reject will be sent by e-mail to the submitting person by 15th July 2017. A panel of experts will be reviewing the abstracts through a blinded process. Hence, ensure that you do not leave any identifiers in the abstract.


If accepted, presenting author must register for the conference before 1st August 2017.


The last date for submission of abstract is 30-6-2017. Extension of deadline will not be done at any cost. So, please make sure you submit the abstract before time.



Only III Year students and interns are eligible to participate in the mediquiz. A team of two is required for an institute to participate in mediquiz. The entry for this should be mailed by the PA Programme Director to Mr.Veerappan Subramaniam, Chairman, Scientific Committee. E-mail id: veerappanmanian@gmail.com. Entry directly by students is not encouraged.
